The Somerset Gardens Team is dedicated to delivering quality care to our residents everyday.  Our team has been specially selected and carefully trained to be responsive to our residents needs.  At Somerset Gardens we strive to create that family like environment stimulating good relationships between the residents and team members.  Our team is there to share in our residents’ joys and sorrows and to support them through the good and bad times.

Marlo Signoracci: Executive Director
The best part of her position here at Somerset Gardens is that she never considers what she does work. When Marlo joined the Somerset Gardens team in 2006, she began an active campaign to develop a strong community that exits today. Compassion, Integrity, Caring, and lots of love go into every day. These values are embedded deep in the roots of each and every team member. They are the very values that make our community different than all others.

Cosmetic appearances are important to ensuring that the environment is clean and new, but the real testament to a community is the love it exhibits everyday by every team member to every resident. At Somerset Gardens our mission is simple: to provide a safe, friendly, warm environment that offers quality service in a dignified and comforting setting, each and every day of the year. Marlo cherishes this mission and challenge every team member to live by it’s principles with everything that they do.

Marlo brings over 13 years of hospitality experience to Somerset Gardens. She is here for you to answer your questions, educate and help you. As a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Professional Studies, her focus has been on creating an awareness of Somerset Gardens in our community. Marlo has been fostering relationships with professional organizations & community groups to create an awareness that Somerset Gardens is the premier Senior Living on Long Island.
